Solicitor / FCILEX - Family Finance - Exeter - 0-6 Years PQE
Location: Exeter
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £55,000 to £70,000

A respected and forward thinking law firm is seeking a Solicitor or FCILEX (0-6 PQE) to join its highly regarded Family Finance team in Exeter. The Role
You'll be responsible for assisting with and managing a varied caseload of family finance matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial remedy proceedings
  • Pre and post nuptial agreements
  • Complex assets and high net worth clients
  • Child maintenance and financial provision for children
  • Supporting senior colleagues on complex matters
  • Managing your own caseload appropriate to your level
  • Contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with:

  • 0-6 years' PQE in family law (or strong interest in family finance work)
  • Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail
  • Empathy, professionalism and a client focused approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Motivation, organisation and a proactive mindset
  • Interest in business development and contributing to team growth
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
