Solicitor / Associate / Partner - Lifetime Planning
Private Client Team
Location: Stroud (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

A well-established and growing full-service regional law firm with a strong presence across Wales and the South West is looking to recruit a Solicitor, Associate or Partner to join its specialist Lifetime Planning team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern Private Client practice who support clients with important future planning decisions, helping them protect their assets, provide for future generations and achieve peace of mind.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Supporting succession, estate and wealth planning matters
  • Building long-term client and referrer relationships
  • Identifying wider planning opportunities and risks
  • Contributing to business development and networking activities
  • Supporting junior colleagues and helping develop the team


This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys building trusted relationships and making a genuine difference to clients' lives.

Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Private Client lawyers at all levels, from NQ through to Partner.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience within Lifetime Planning or Private Client law
  • Knowledge of Wills, Trusts, LPAs and estate planning
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • An interest in networking and business development
