Solicitor - Private Client - Devon - Hybrid

The firm acts for clients throughout England and Wales, combining the resources of a large practice with the personalised service of specialist lawyers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor to become part of a highly regarded Private Client department handling a broad range of high-quality work. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, and succession planning matters.
The role would suit an ambitious and client-focused solicitor who is committed to delivering exceptional legal advice and building long-term relationships with clients and professional referrers. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning matters.
- Managing estate administration files from instruction through to completion.
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Developing and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships.
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the Private Client team.
