Solicitor - Commercial Property - Southampton - 2-5 Years PQE

Salary: £50,000 to £80,000 (DOE)
A leading regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with ideally 2-5 years' post qualification experience to join its well established and growing Commercial Property team in Southampton. The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals (investment and owner occupation)
- Landlord and Tenant transactions
- Commercial leases
- Development projects
- Providing clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice
- Liaising with clients, agents and other professionals
- Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
- Contributing to business development and raising the team's profile
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- Ideally 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property (flexibility considered)
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Confidence handling complex matters independently
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive, commercially aware mindset
- Motivation, organisation and strong attention to detail
- A developing network of local professional connections
- Interest in business development and contributing to team growth
