Residential Property Solicitor - Hertfordshire
Leading regional law firm has a vacancy for a residential conveyancer to join their busy team.
Based in Hertfordshire, you will manage a varied residential property caseload to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, land purchases, remortgages and equity release. You will also assist with the management a team of conveyancing support staff.
You will undertake this high quality caseload in a superb working environment, working in a friendly and supportive team where your development and progression is paramount.
You will be able to demonstrate attention to detail, along with a professional and attentive telephone manner and a methodical approach to work.
