A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking an Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its established team in Hampshire.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of high-value and complex residential property matters, including transactions involving HNW individuals, listed buildings, large landholdings, complex funding arrangements and time-sensitive matters. Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, there will be opportunities to contribute to business development initiatives and play a key role in the continued growth of the team.
