Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer - Salisbury

We're working with a well-established and growing regional law firm with a strong reputation across Wiltshire for delivering high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service. The firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and successful Property team.

You'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other conveyancing matters. The role will involve reviewing title documentation, conducting searches, raising and responding to enquiries, drafting contracts and overseeing matters through to exchange and completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who enjoys running their own files, building strong client relationships and delivering a first-class service.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Ideally 5+ years' residential conveyancing experience
  • Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong knowledge of Land Registry procedures and lender requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
  • A proactive and professional approach to managing transactions
  • An interest in networking and business development would be beneficial
