Residential Conveyancing Lawyer - Exeter
An excellent opportunity for an experienced New Homes Conveyancing Lawyer to join a successful and expanding Residential Property team at a well-established, multi-office law firm with a strong presence across the South West.
You will manage your own caseload of new build and plot purchase transactions, acting for buyers from instruction through to completion.
Key duties include:
- Handling new build and residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision.
- Reviewing title, planning documents and searches for developments.
- Raising site-wide enquiries and preparing master site reports.
- Acting for purchasers and meeting developer deadlines, including 28-day exchanges.
- Managing related sale and purchase transactions.
- Supporting business development and nurturing referrer relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience).
- Strong background in new homes and plot purchase conveyancing.
- Experience managing your own caseload independently.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational and IT skills, including case management systems.
