An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy Property Department in Leamington Spa.
This role is open to qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced non-qualified Conveyancing Executives with a minimum of 2 years' experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload.
Working alongside a Senior Solicitor, you will handle a caseload of residential sales and purchases, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion while maintaining a high standard of client care.
Key responsibilities will include managing conveyancing files, liaising with clients, agents, lenders and HM Land Registry, ensuring compliance with firm procedures, meeting fee targets and budgets, and supporting business development initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of residential conveyancing procedures, the CQS Protocol and Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience working within a Lexcel-accredited environment would be advantageous, as would familiarity with case management systems such as Tikit.
