Real Estate Solicitor - Cardiff

Chadwick Nott are instructed on an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked commercial law firm with a strong presence across Wales and the wider UK market. The firm's award-winning real estate team is recognised for advising on significant development, regeneration, investment and commercial property projects for a diverse client base.

Working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, you'll advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leasing, development projects and property finance transactions. You will also support due diligence, title investigations, Land Registry matters and transactional management from instruction through to completion.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years' PQE
  • Experience within a commercial real estate team
  • Exposure to acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and/or property finance matters
  • Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop within a successful real estate practice
