An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join the Bristol office of a leading UK Top 100 law firm with a market-leading reputation in Residential Development and Strategic Land work. Recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers, the firm advises an impressive portfolio of national and regional developers, landowners, housebuilders and registered providers on complex and high-value projects.
As part of a highly respected team, you will be involved in a broad range of development-focused real estate matters, supporting clients from initial land acquisition through to project delivery and disposal.
Your work will include:
- Advising on residential development acquisitions and disposals
- Strategic land matters, including promotion and option agreements
- Affordable housing transactions
- Development agreements and conditional contracts
- Overage, easements and related property arrangements
- Title investigations and due diligence
- Supporting major development projects throughout their lifecycle

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Real Estate
- Experience handling residential development and/or strategic land matters
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting ability
- Commercially focused with a pragmatic approach to client advice
- Experience working with developers, landowners, housebuilders or registered providers is desirable
- Enthusiastic about business development and building long-term client relationships
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Motivated to contribute to the continued success and growth of the team
