Job title: Property Litigation Associate
Location: Southampton
Salary: £68,000 + DOE
PQE Level: 1+ PQE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Associate to join a leading UK law firm with a strong reputation in the real estate sector.
You will advise a diverse client base including developers, investors, retailers, landowners and corporate occupiers on a broad range of contentious property matters. The role offers exposure to high-quality work including landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, lease covenant issues, development land disputes and property contract matters.
The successful candidate will have experience handling commercial property disputes, strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage their own caseload while working collaboratively within a supportive team.
