Private Client Solicitor (1+ PQE) - North Devon or Tiverton
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established, Legal 500-recognised regional law firm with a strong reputation for providing trusted legal advice to individuals, families and business owners across the South West.
Joining a busy and respected private client team, you will handle a varied caseload including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Inheritance tax and succession planning
- Elderly client matters
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to build their expertise, take on quality work and develop their career within a friendly and collaborative environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years' PQE in Private Client
- Experience managing a caseload of wills, probate and LPAs
- Strong client care and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A proactive and personable approach
- Ambitious and keen to develop within a successful private client team
