Personal Injury Lawyer
Exeter (Hybrid Working Available)
Full-Time or Part-Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Lawyer to join a growing and highly regarded litigation team based in Exeter.
This role is open to both Solicitors and Legal Executives with personal injury experience. Applications are welcomed from those with approximately 1-5 years' experience, although candidates with more experience will also be considered, particularly where they can demonstrate strong business development skills or a client following.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working closely with colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be encouraged to play an active role in developing the department, identifying new opportunities for work and building relationships with referrers and clients.
Candidates should have strong client care skills, excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to business development. The role offers genuine opportunities for progression within a growing and ambitious firm.
Both full-time and part-time applications will be considered, with a minimum requirement of 24 hours per week across 4 days. The successful candidate will be based within the Exeter office and expected to attend at least 2 days per week. Hybrid working is available following a successful onboarding period. Occasional travel to other offices across Devon and Somerset may be required.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving team offering high-quality work, a supportive culture and strong long-term career prospects.
