NQ - 3 PQE Private Family Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive

Our client, a well-established and Legal 500-recognised South West practice, is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified to 3 PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its thriving Private Family team based in Exeter.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive and highly experienced team, acting for clients on a broad range of privately funded family matters. The role offers exposure to high-quality work from the outset, together with ongoing training, mentoring and genuine long-term career development.
You will advise clients on matters including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- TOLATA disputes
- Schedule 1 Children Act applications
- Child arrangements disputes
- Urgent injunctions
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in family law and ideally some previous exposure to private family matters during their training contract or post-qualification experience. You will be a confident communicator, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering outstanding client service.
This role would suit an ambitious and personable lawyer who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team whilst also managing their own caseload and building strong client relationships.
