Legal Director / Partner - Commercial Property - Gloucestershire - Hybrid

This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Legal Director or Partner to join a highly regarded real estate team in Gloucestershire. The successful individual will become a key figure in a practice renowned for advising on some of the region's most significant property, development and land transactions, while helping to shape the future direction of the team.

They will work alongside leading specialists across commercial property development and investment, strategic land, planning, construction and renewable energy, supporting an impressive client base that includes landowners, developers, housebuilders, investors, land promoters and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a high-value commercial property practice, advising on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, investment work and portfolio management.
  • Act for landowners, land agents, housebuilders and developers on strategic land and residential development matters.
  • Drive business development activity, strengthen existing client relationships and build new opportunities across Gloucestershire and the wider region.
  • Collaborate with experts in planning, construction, biodiversity net gain, highways, rights of way, renewable energy and minerals matters to deliver seamless advice.
  • Mentor and inspire lawyers across the team while contributing to the strategic growth and success of the wider firm.
