Salary: £200,000-£280,000
PQE Level: 2-4 PQE

Role:
Joining a close knit and highly regarded tax team with a strong focus on funds tax and tax finance.
- Fund formation and structuring
- Tax finance including debt, bonds, recaps, restructuring
- Asset finance
- M&A for public and private

- 2-4PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
