Family Solicitor - Buckinghamshire
Well established regional firm has vacancy in their Family Department for a Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE. The firm are recognised in the L500 throughout the South East and Home Counties as a leading provider of high quality legal services. Their family team is also consistently recognised in legal directories and is known for dealing with HNW financial remedy and private law children matters. You will be based in their office in South Buckinghamshire and responsibilities will include dealing with:
- Divorce, dissolution and separation
- Financial issues
- Children matters
- Premarital / prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, separation and post nuptial agreements
- Non-molestation orders and occupation orders
