Family Child Care Lawyer - Exeter

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Childcare Lawyer of 3 + PQE to join a highly regarded and well-established practice in Exeter.
This is a wonderful opportunity to be an integral member of the thriving childcare team who are specialists in legal aid, including care proceedings and adoption and represent children, parents, extended family members and local authorities at all stages from initial instruction to final hearing. Your caseload may also include private law children matters.
The successful candidate must possess a passion for family law and demonstrate proven experience of independently managing a childcare caseload and particularly, public law cases. Knowledge of the Legal Aid system and strong advocacy experience is essential for this role. Children Panel accredited or working towards accreditation is desirable.
