An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join a busy and professional office in Shirley.
This is a front-of-house role where you will be responsible for managing a busy reception area, welcoming clients and visitors, handling incoming calls and providing administrative support to colleagues across the office.
Key responsibilities will include greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing telephone calls, photocopying, scanning and printing documents, booking meeting rooms, maintaining meeting room facilities, ordering stationery supplies and liaising with both internal teams and external contacts.
The successful candidate will be professional, approachable and organised, with excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner. You should be a proactive problem solver who enjoys working with people and providing a high standard of customer service.
Previous reception experience is desirable, although candidates with strong customer-facing or administrative experience will also be considered. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
Candidates should be able to travel to a nearby office when required to provide reception cover.
