Employment Partner / Legal Director - Bristol
A leading UK law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Partner or Legal Director to spearhead the growth of its Employment practice in Bristol and across the South West.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior employment lawyer wanting the platform, support and autonomy to build a successful regional practice while working alongside a nationally recognised team.
You'll advise a broad employer client base on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Employment contracts, policies and handbooks
- Complex employee relations issues
- Redundancies, restructures and TUPE
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
- Executive exits and board-level disputes
- Corporate support and transactional work
Alongside client work, you'll play a key role in business development, building relationships and helping grow the team's presence in the South West market.
Candidate Requirements
We're keen to speak with ambitious Employment lawyers who can demonstrate:
- Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years' PQE
- Strong Employment law expertise across employer-focused matters
- Experience developing client relationships and generating work
- An established network within the Bristol/South West market
- The drive to help build and grow a successful practice
