Salary: £75,000-£90,000 - Depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor or Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Hampshire. This role sits within one of the region's leading Corporate teams and offers the chance to operate in a strategic knowledge-focused position, while remaining closely connected to complex, high-value corporate and M&A transactions.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone already in a knowledge position or a senior Corporate lawyer looking to step away from fee-earning responsibilities without losing involvement in high-quality legal work. As the team's Corporate Knowledge Solicitor, you will play a key role in enhancing technical excellence, supporting legal innovation, and ensuring the team remains at the forefront of market developments.
Working closely with partners and fee-earners across the Corporate department, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining precedents, know-how and knowledge resources.
- Delivering technical training and mentoring to lawyers across the team.
- Providing guidance on complex legal and transactional matters.
- Monitoring legislative, regulatory and market developments.
- Driving best practice, consistency and process improvements.
- Supporting legal innovation initiatives and knowledge management projects.
- Contributing to thought leadership and client-facing content.
