Location: Guildford
Salary: £70,000-£90,000 - Depending on Experience
PQE Level: 3+ PQE

A leading South East law firm is seeking a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer to join its highly regarded corporate team.

Working alongside an established knowledge function, you will support lawyers across a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on M&A, corporate restructurings, governance and transactional best practice. Responsibilities will include developing precedents and know-how, delivering training, monitoring legal developments and providing technical guidance across the team.

The role also offers a unique opportunity to help drive legal innovation, supporting the implementation of AI and legal technology solutions to enhance client service and improve lawyer productivity.

Applications are welcomed from experienced Knowledge Lawyers or Corporate Solicitors (3+ PQE) seeking to transition into a knowledge-focused position.
