Job Title: Competition & Antitrust Associate (Non-Contentious)- Elite US law firm
Salary: £200,000-£240,000
PQE Level: 2-4 PQE

Role:
Non-contentious competition and antitrust with a focus on transactional support
- Competition and antirust support on M&A and restructuring
- Merger control and foreign investment matters
- Strong focus on FS, PE, Funds, energy, tech sectors

Successful candidate:
- 2-3QE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Must be specialising in non-contentious competition and antitrust within the London office of a US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle law firm
- Must have experience of getting merger control approvals before the EC and UK CMAs
- Strong academics
