Fantastic new opportunity for a Commercial Property Director / Partner to join this L500 rated regional firm.
This is a succession planning role and you will work alongside leading specialists across commercial property development and investment, strategic land, planning, construction and renewable energy. You will have a strong background in commercial property, and be looking for the next step in your career by guiding and shaping the direction of this team.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and growing a high-value commercial property practice
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, investment work and portfolio management
- Acting for landowners, developers, housebuilders and businesses on strategic land and residential development matters
- Business development and networking
- Supervising and mentoring juniors in the team
- Assisting with the strategic growth of the team and success of the wider firm
