Associate or Senior Associate - Residential Property - Somerset - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a thriving Residential Property team known for its collaborative culture, outstanding client service and supportive working environment. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients, agents, lenders and colleagues to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Reviewing titles, raising enquiries and preparing contracts and reports
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, agents and lenders
- Delivering practical, commercial and client-focused advice throughout transactions
- Contributing to a supportive team culture and assisting with departmental growth
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or experienced Conveyancers with at least three years' residential property experience. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to excellent client service are essential.
