Salary: Fee share (typical earnings £60,000-£130,000+ depending on caseload)
The Role
- Advising employers and/or employees
- Settlement agreements
- Contracts, policies, handbooks
- Tribunal work (if desired)
- Managing your own caseload
Candidate Requirements
- Strong employment law experience
- Excellent drafting and advisory skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ideally a client following
