A well established high street law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer (Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer) to join as a Consultant. This role suits someone seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a friendly, traditional firm.
The Role
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity
- Providing exceptional client service
- Working independently with remote IT support
- Maintaining compliance and professional standards
Candidate Requirements
- Strong, recent conveyancing experience
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Ability to manage files independently
- Good IT literacy
- Ideally a client following
