Supervising Associate - Banking - Bristol (3+ PQE)

Salary: £95,000 - £135,000 (depending on experience)
A leading global Corporate & Acquisition Finance practice is seeking a Supervising Associate (3+ PQE) to join its Bristol team. The group acts for banks, sponsors, corporates, credit funds and alternative lenders on complex, high value and innovative transactions across the UK and internationally, with particular strength in data centres, digital infrastructure and technology enabled assets.
The Role
You'll be responsible for advising on a broad range of corporate and acquisition finance matters, including:
- Acquisition and event driven financings
- Investment grade loans
- Working capital facilities
- Asset backed and receivables financings
- Trade finance
- Corporate treasury matters
- Financing transactions involving data centres and digital infrastructure
You will work as part of a full service team of partners, associates, trainees and paralegals, supporting national and international clients on complex cross border transactions. The role offers significant responsibility from day one, with opportunities to contribute to the strategic growth of the practice.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- At least 3 years' PQE gained at an international or leading UK firm
- Strong transactional and corporate/acquisition finance experience
- Interest or experience in data centres, digital infrastructure or technology enabled assets
- Excellent academics and strong drafting skills
- Commercial mindset and strong client facing skills
- Willingness to engage in marketing and business development
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse, inclusive and high performing team
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required
