Senior Associate - Partner - Commercial Property - Wiltshire - Hybrid
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to take the lead within a thriving and ambitious property practice. This role is ideally suited to a senior lawyer who enjoys combining high-quality legal work with leadership, client relationship management and strategic growth.
The successful candidate will join a modern, forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation for excellence, trusted client relationships and a commercial approach to legal services. They will have the autonomy to shape the future direction of the department while managing a varied and high-value caseload across the commercial property sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a successful Commercial Property team, driving performance, collaboration and growth
- Managing a diverse caseload including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects and property finance transactions
- Building and strengthening relationships with developers, investors, businesses and professional referrers
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the continued expansion of the property practice
- Playing a key role in departmental strategy, mentoring junior lawyers and helping shape the firm's future direction
