The role will involve:
- Advising on wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs)
- Supporting clients with estate and inheritance tax planning
- Delivering probate and estate administration services
- Guiding family and owner-managed businesses through succession planning
- Building trusted relationships with clients and professional advisors
