Senior Associate - Partner - Private Client - Wiltshire - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a growing and ambitious Wills, Probate and Estate Planning team in Wiltshire. This role is suited to a Senior Associate or Partner-level solicitor who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and helping to shape the future success of a thriving private client practice.
The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, estate administration, succession planning, trusts and wealth preservation. Working closely with individuals and families, they will provide practical, commercially minded advice tailored to each client's personal circumstances and long-term objectives.
This position offers the chance to take ownership of a high-quality caseload while playing a key role in developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on wills, probate, estate planning and related private client matters
- Managing a varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Participating in networking, marketing and business development activities
- Supporting the strategic growth and success of the wider private client team
The ideal candidate will have substantial private client experience, strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. They will be commercially aware, highly organised and motivated to play an active role in expanding a successful practice.
