Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer - Residential Property - Cardiff - 2+ Years' Experience
Location: Cardiff
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000
A well established and forward thinking law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Executive to join its growing Cardiff team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a supportive, modern environment that values collaboration, innovation and high quality client service.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a broad residential property caseload, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers and referrers
- Running files from instruction through to completion
- Using case management systems and digital workflows to enhance client experience
- Providing clear, proactive communication throughout each matter
- Contributing to team development and continuous improvement
- Supporting business development and raising the firm's profile locally
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with:
- Strong technical knowledge across residential conveyancing
- Confidence managing files independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and referrers
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues
- Good IT skills, including experience with case management systems
- Motivation, organisation and a proactive approach
