Solicitor or Associate - Residential Property - Gloucestershire - Hybrid
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Private Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded private client practice in Gloucestershire. This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor through to 3 years' PQE who is looking to build a long-term career within a respected team known for advising high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, charities and private investors.
Working on a broad range of high-value and complex property matters, the successful candidate will gain exposure to exceptional clients across the UK and internationally. The team advises on residential and investment property transactions, private wealth structures and, where relevant, rural and landed estate matters.

Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on a wide range of private property transactions and related matters
- Managing a varied caseload efficiently while delivering exceptional client service
- Drafting and negotiating legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting business development initiatives and helping strengthen client relationsips
- Contributing to knowledge-sharing, training and wider team development activities
The successful candidate will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with experience in general property law. An interest in agricultural, rural or estate-related property work would be advantageous. They will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to client care.
