Solicitor or Associate - Real Estate (Development) - Wiltshire - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing specialist team. Working alongside experienced development lawyers, the successful candidate will play a key role in advising housebuilders, landowners and developers on a broad range of high-quality development land transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to develop expertise in a thriving sector, working on significant residential and mixed-use developments across the region. The team offers genuine support, mentoring and progression, whilst fostering a collaborative culture and healthy work-life balance.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Advising on development land acquisitions and disposals
  • Drafting and negotiating Option, Promotion and Conditional Sale Agreements
  • Supporting major residential and mixed-use development projects
  • Handling planning agreements, infrastructure agreements and development finance matters
  • Assisting with affordable housing disposals and site set-up transactions


The role would suit a solicitor with experience in development land or housebuilding matters who is looking to build their career within a specialist team. Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
