A respected and growing legal team is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join its Agricultural Property practice in Wiltshire. Acting for farming businesses, landed estates, private landowners, developers and rural enterprises, the successful candidate will advise on a diverse range of high-value and often multi-generational matters.
From significant land acquisitions to strategic development projects, the role offers exposure to some of the region's most interesting rural and property work. It is ideally suited to a candidate with experience in commercial, rural or agricultural property who is keen to deepen their expertise in this evolving sector.
The position will include:
- Agricultural and rural land acquisitions and disposals
- Farm and estate transactions
- Agricultural, rural and commercial leasing matters
- Option, promotion and development agreements
- Strategic land projects, overage arrangements and rights affecting land
The successful candidate will be technically strong, commercially aware and motivated by building lasting client relationships.
