Solicitor - Residential Development (Plot Sales) - Gloucestershire - Hybrid
Ready to build an exciting legal career in residential development? We are seeking a motivated Solicitor to join a growing Plot Sales team in Gloucestershire. What you'll be doing:
- Managing plot sale transactions from reservation through to completion.
- Supporting major housebuilder and developer clients on residential developments.
- Building strong relationships with clients, agents and internal stakeholders.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contributing to a dynamic team environment focused on exceptional client service.
The role will suit a qualified Solicitor (or approaching qualification) who is enthusiastic, commercially minded and eager to develop a specialist career in property law. Previous plot sales experience is helpful but not essential.
