Solicitor or Associate - Medical Negligence - Bristol - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Associate to join a highly regarded Medical Negligence team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to work within a nationally recognised practice, supporting clients through complex and often life-changing clinical negligence claims while developing expertise alongside leading specialists in the field.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and assist on high-value, complex matters across a wide range of medical disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity for a claimant-focused clinical negligence lawyer seeking high-quality work, genuine responsibility and long-term career progression within a supportive and collaborative team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of clinical and medical negligence claims, including litigated matters
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value cases involving serious injury and fatal claims
- Advising clients with empathy and professionalism throughout the claim process
- Investigating claims, gathering evidence and liaising with medical experts and counsel
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and achieve the best possible outcomes
The ideal candidate will have up to six years' PQE in claimant clinical negligence work, with experience managing their own caseload and assisting on complex matters. They will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client care.
