Solicitor Family - Wiltshire - Hybrid
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a friendly and highly regarded team in Wiltshire. Based in Wiltshire ,this position offers high-quality private family work alongside genuine flexibility and excellent career development.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload covering divorce, separation, matrimonial finances, children matters and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. They will join a collaborative department that places exceptional client care and constructive dispute resolution at the heart of its approach.
- They will independently manage a diverse caseload of private family matters from instruction through to conclusion
- They will provide clear, pragmatic and empathetic advice to clients navigating challenging personal circumstances
- They will handle financial remedy and children matters, including drafting documents and progressing court proceedings
- They will explore non-court dispute resolution wherever appropriate, helping clients reach practical, effective solution
- They will contribute to business development while building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and professional contacts
The ideal candidate will have around three years' family law experience, strong technical skills and excellent emotional intelligence.
