Solicitor All PQE Levels considered - Stroud
Location: Stroud (Hybrid working)

Salary: £45,000 to £80,000
A leading regional law firm is seeking a Lifetime Planning Solicitor to join its growing and strategically important Private Client team in Stroud. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, people focused practice that has invested heavily in developing specialist Probate and Lifetime Planning offerings to meet increasingly complex client needs.
The Role
You'll work closely with individuals, families and business owners to provide thoughtful, practical and commercially minded advice across a broad range of future planning matters, including:
- Advising on Wills, trusts and LPAs
- Supporting succession and estate planning matters
- Identifying clients' underlying needs, risks and objectives
- Building strong relationships with clients and referrers
- Networking and business development activity
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
- Helping shape and grow a modern Lifetime Planning offering
This is a relationship led role suited to someone who enjoys guiding clients through sensitive and forward looking decisions, becoming a trusted adviser over the long term.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a personable, commercially aware lawyer with:
- Experience within Lifetime Planning or wider Private Client work
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to translate complex legal and financial concepts into clear, practical advice
- Confidence guiding clients who may be uncertain or navigating sensitive family dynamics
- A proactive, client focused and commercially minded approach
- Strong relationship building skills and motivation to grow networks
- Collaborative mindset and supportive team approach
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
