Solicitor / Lawyer - Residential Property - Poole
Location: Poole
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)

A leading regional law firm is seeking a commercially focused Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its well established Residential Property team in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a high quality caseload while playing an active role in client development, referrer engagement and team growth.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • New build matters
  • Shared ownership and Help to Buy transactions


You will take ownership of matters from instruction through to completion, delivering an efficient and consistent service in line with the Law Society Conveyancing Protocol and CQS requirements. Alongside fee earning work, you will contribute to the team's financial performance, maintain strong referrer relationships and support the wider growth strategy.

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with:

  • 4+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong technical expertise across residential conveyancing matters
  • Confidence managing files independently from instruction to completion
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness, including understanding profitability, file management and service delivery
  • Proven ability - or a clear plan - to build and maintain introducer relationships
  • Ability to balance quality, volume and client expectations in a busy environment
  • Ambition and motivation to contribute to team growth
