Solicitor - Structured Finance (Digital Assets) - Bristol - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Solicitor to join a growing Digital Assets practice within a highly regarded Structured Finance team. Based in Bristol, the successful candidate will work at the forefront of the digital assets, tokenisation and emerging technologies sector, advising a diverse international client base on innovative and market-leading transactions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine a strong structured finance or derivatives background with exposure to cutting-edge work involving cryptoassets, distributed ledger technology and tokenised financial products. Working closely with senior specialists and multidisciplinary teams, the successful candidate will gain significant responsibility and play a key role in the continued growth of this rapidly expanding practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on complex transactional matters involving digital assets and tokenised structures
- Supporting clients on regulatory, legal and structuring issues relating to cryptoassets and emerging technologies
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating structured finance and transaction documentation
- Collaborating with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional mandates for financial institutions, funds and corporate clients
- Contributing to business development initiatives and helping to expand the digital assets practice
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-4 years' PQE gained within a leading commercial law firm, together with experience in structured finance, derivatives or financial regulatory work. A genuine interest in digital assets, strong technical and drafting skills, and a commercially focused approach are essential.
