A highly regarded legal practice in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its thriving property team. This is an opportunity to become part of a firm that has built an enviable reputation for delivering exceptional client service while maintaining a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture.

The successful candidate will manage a broad and engaging caseload, advising a diverse client base on a wide variety of residential property transactions. Combining high-quality work with a personable and relationship-driven approach, this role offers the chance to make a real impact within a team that values expertise, professionalism and long-term client relationships.

The role will involve:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgages
  • Advising on new build, shared ownership and buy-to-let transactions
  • Supporting clients with transfers of equity, title issues and complex property matters
  • Building strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers and other professionals

This opportunity is ideally suited to a lawyer with 5+ years' experience in residential property who is confident running matters independently while providing exceptional client care. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach will be key to success.

Offering high-quality work, excellent career prospects and a friendly team environment, this represents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property lawyer looking to take the next step with a respected Gloucestershire-based practice that continues to grow from strength to strength.
