Solicitor - Residential Property - Frome - 3+ Years' PQE
Location: Frome

Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)

A well regarded and genuinely people focused law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join its friendly and supportive team in Frome. The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. This will include reviewing titles, raising enquiries, preparing contracts and keeping clients, agents and lenders updated throughout the transaction. You will be encouraged to work with confidence and autonomy while being fully supported by an experienced and approachable team. The role offers a varied workload and the chance to build strong relationships within the local community.

Candidate Requirements

This position is suited to a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in residential property. You should have strong technical knowledge, excellent case management skills and the ability to run files independently. A friendly, client focused approach is essential, along with strong communication skills, good organisation and a genuine desire to contribute positively to a close knit team. Experience working in a busy high street or regional practice will be beneficial.
