Solicitor - Residential Property - Exeter - Hybrid
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a successful and growing Residential team. This role is ideal for a Solicitor with specialist experience in plot purchases who enjoys managing transactions from instruction through to completion while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Manage a varied caseload of new build and plot purchase transactions with minimal supervision, acting for individual buyers and ensuring matters progress efficiently to meet developer exchange deadlines, often within 28 days
- Review development-wide documentation including title information, planning documents and search results, raise appropriate site-wide enquiries, and prepare detailed precedent reports to support plot purchases across larger development
- Advise clients throughout the transaction process, providing practical and proactive guidance while maintaining high levels of client care and building strong professional relationships with developers, agents and other key stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Residential Conveyancing team to support streamlined processes, share knowledge and contribute to the continued success and growth of the department
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in new homes conveyancing and residential property transactions. They will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining exceptional levels of accuracy and service.
