Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £45,000 to £75,000 (dependent on experience)

A highly respected Gloucestershire law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join its thriving and well established Property team in Cheltenham. The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more complex title issues. You will take responsibility for files from instruction through to completion, maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and referrers, and contribute to a positive, high performing team environment. The role offers the chance to work with a loyal client base and support the continued growth of a well regarded property offering in Cheltenham.

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in residential property. You should have strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting and communication skills, and confidence managing matters independently. A proactive, organised approach and high attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional client service. Experience working within a busy, fast paced conveyancing environment will be advantageous.
