Solicitor - Real Estate - Wiltshire - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving and ambitious legal team in Wiltshire. Based from a modern regional office, this role offers the chance to become part of a collaborative environment where junior lawyers are given genuine responsibility, high-quality work, and a clear pathway for progression from day one.
Working alongside experienced commercial property specialists, the successful candidate will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of real estate matters, gaining exposure to complex and rewarding transactions across the region.
The role will involve:
- Advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Managing landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and renewals
- Assisting on development, investment and portfolio management transactions
- Conducting due diligence and supporting complex property deals
- Building long-term client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
This opportunity would suit a solicitor due to qualify or recently qualified, with previous experience gained within a Commercial Property or Real Estate seat. Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach are essential.
