Solicitor - Real Estate - NQ to 2 Years' PQE - Bristol
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 (dependent on experience)

A well regarded national Real Estate team is seeking a Solicitor (NQ-2 years' PQE) to join its Bristol office. The team advises a diverse client base including institutional investors, developers, lenders, local authorities and private clients, with particular strength across investment, real estate finance, healthcare, housebuilding, energy, infrastructure and commercial development.

This role offers exposure to high quality transactional work, a supportive team environment and excellent opportunities for early responsibility and career development.

The Role
You will work closely with senior colleagues, gaining hands on experience across a broad range of real estate matters, including:

  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Corporate support
  • Real estate finance
  • Property and asset management
  • Work for landlords, tenants, corporates, lenders, charities and investors

A significant part of the role will involve acting for healthcare providers and related services, working closely with a multi disciplinary client service team across offices.
You will benefit from a varied and stimulating workload from the outset, with opportunities to develop specialist expertise in a growing area of real estate law.

You will also be encouraged to contribute to business development, including:

  • Attending internal and external networking events
  • Participating in conferences, seminars and webinars
  • Building client relationships
  • Supporting the team's ongoing growth and profile


About You
This role is suited to a Solicitor who:

  • Has trained and qualified (or is approaching qualification) with a well regarded firm
  • Has experience across a range of real estate transactions
  • Ideally has exposure to landlord and tenant, corporate support or real estate finance work
  • Demonstrates a genuine interest in healthcare related real estate matters
  • Is a confident communicator with strong technical and analytical skills
  • Can manage time effectively and meet client expectations
  • Brings a pragmatic, commercial approach to problem solving
  • Is keen to take ownership of matters with appropriate supervision
  • Shows enthusiasm for real estate law and awareness of wider sector issues (planning, ESG, market trends)
  • Is personable, responsive and motivated to build trusted client relationships
  • Has an appetite for continuous learning, development and thought leadership
