Solicitor - Real Estate - Bristol - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a highly regarded Real Estate team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative and supportive environment, advising a diverse client base across a broad range of commercial property matters.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-quality transactional work, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, real estate finance, corporate support and asset management. Clients include investors, developers, lenders, charities, healthcare providers and corporate occupiers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on a range of real estate transactions and property matters
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals, leasing and asset management work
- Assisting with real estate finance and corporate support transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships across various sectors
- Contributing to business development, networking activities and profile-raising initiatives
The ideal candidate will be recently qualified and will have gained experience within a reputable Real Estate practice. They will possess strong technical and analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively. An interest in the healthcare sector and wider real estate market trends would be advantageous.
