Solicitor - Plot Sales - 3 years' PQE - Gloucestershire

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 (dependent on experience)
A leading regional practice is seeking a motivated Solicitor (around 3 years' PQE) to join its growing Plot Sales team in Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to work with major housebuilders, gain exposure to high quality residential development work and develop specialist expertise in a thriving sector.
You'll join a supportive, collaborative team that values ambition, learning and progression. From the outset, you'll take ownership of matters, build client relationships and work alongside experienced lawyers who are invested in your development.
The Role
You will manage a varied and fast paced caseload, including:
- Handling plot sale transactions from reservation through to completion
- Supporting housebuilder and developer clients across residential development projects
- Building strong relationships with clients, agents and internal stakeholders
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Contributing to a dynamic team environment focused on exceptional client service
About You
This role is suited to a Solicitor with:
- Around 3 years' PQE
- Enthusiasm for residential development and property work
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, commercial mindset
- Confidence managing matters with appropriate supervision
- Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
- Previous plot sales experience (helpful but not essential)
You'll be ambitious, eager to learn and ready to develop specialist expertise in a busy, high performing team.
